There is a time and place for what we have to say about the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas, but that time is not now, it is later this week. For now, strap on your Avatar ready 3D glasses and get ready to take a visual tour through room 10809 in the "New Tower" aka The HRH Tower at HRHC.
We are only half joking about the 3D glasses. The visuals in the room -- a contrast between stark white and captivating photography -- are really very cool. The "tower" view however, is not.
First, a tower usually you can see over low lying structures like a parking garage, but not this tower. Heck, give us the horrible HVAC view instead of staring at level four of the hotel's attached parking structure.
Oh, and while we are talking about room design, who in their right mind puts an elongated glass partition between the bathroom and the bed in Las F'ing Vegas? Yes we almost walked into it multiple times and this was sans booze. Just imagine the injuries waiting to happen to unsuspecting bachelors and bachelorettes.
(Taking a zen-like breath) Ok, let's talk about some more of the room positives. The bed is downright comfortable, all rooms in the new tower are spacious suites, and that in-room music system we told you about last week shows tons of promise. Anyway, back to the pretty pictures, both moving and still, click away.
