The London West Hollywood is a Bully (The Dog, Not The Meanie)

NYC may be engaging in its own hotel gift shop war but in West Hollywood, things are as kitschy as ever at the London West Hollywood which has a gift shop inside the Alex Roldan Salon.

Located across from the Boxwood Cafe by Gordon Ramsay, you can buy beauty items, toiletries and specialty "gifts" like the Labor & Delivery Survival Kit ($45) which comes with a stopwatch, socks, headbands, a back massage, Preggie Pops Lollipops, pre-paid calling cards, dispoable camera and bubblegum cigars. You know, in case you are in town to see your famo friend pop out a celebuspawn.

But our favorite item is the life-sized bulldog that props open the door. (The bulldog is the official pet of the London Hotels.) We didn't see it for sale on the hotel's website nor in the store but we're checking with the hotel on how to purchase one.

However, you can bring your real dog with you as the hotel is pet-friendly (there's a $100 fee.) Sadly, the hotel has a 25lb weight limit so unless your own bully is a puppy, he'll have to stay at home.
