We also have a special treat in the form of the hotel's executive chef, Jason Johnston who showed us a few of the specialties at our fave Hollywood burger joint, 25 Degrees. Wherever you stay in Hollywood, 25 Degrees is a must-stop. Even better, it's open 24 hours a day and becomes the de facto room service menu at the hotel after midnight. But of course, you probably want to eat your burger after you've been laying out poolside. You never know who might be there talent-spotting.

Welcome to our regular feature, Pitch Your Hotel, where we let hoteliers, general managers and other hotel execs tell us on-camera what makes their hotels so different from all the rest. And believe us, the competition is fierce these days. So sit back, relax and listen to them explain why their hotels are worthy of your hard-earned dollars or rewards points.
On Friday, we teased you with a clip of the poolside scene at the Hollywood Roosevelt and today, the hotel's general manager Don Jacinto goes on-camera to remind us that the Roosevelt is still very much alive in the heart of Hollywood. Just in case you were distracted by the opening of a different hotel in Hollywood. Ahem.
