The EPIC Hotel is No Longer Waiting to Exhale: The Spa is Now Open
OK, so the buzz down in Miami right now is all Super Bowl, all the time. But if this week of partying is just too much and you need to escape, you can do it without fleeing the city. Just head downtown, where the Exhale MindBody Spa at the EPIC Hotel is now open.
You may be familiar with Exhale from other hotels—including the Hotel Palomar in Dallas, the Fairmont Miramar in Santa Monica, and the Gansevoort in New York. Their biggest claim to fame is their custom Core Fusion classes, but the spas also offer yoga and a full range of spa services.
Facials, scrubs, and massages start at $90, and classes start at $15 per session. “MindBody” classes are $24 but for EPIC guests sessions are $20 throughout their stay. Traveling with your pup? Doga (dog yoga) and dog massage are part of a “Kanine Wellness” menu (enough with the Ks already!), both for $75.
NFL fans, however, may want to spring for the Herbal Cleanse ($615) or 7-Day Restoration Retreat ($425) to atone for this week of pre-Super Bowl indulgence. Let’s face it, few football fans can claim to be Saints. (Hardy ha ha).
