The James New York Will Transport You Around Soho... In Its Pedicab

After we stumbled elegantly exited The James New York last week, we were greeted with this sight right outside the hotel's entrance. Perhaps it was the strong cocktails we'd just downed at Jimmy, but we were delighted.
Even though we wouldn't be seen dead in one of the pedicabs that shuttles tourists around Times Square, we love branded hotel amenities, and that seems to make it OK that The James has its very own pedicab for guest use.

We would have liked to have taken the pedicab home to Brooklyn but alas, it is only available to guests of the hotel and only for a maximum ride of 20 minutes or a maximum distance of 1.5 miles.
The good news is, it's complimentary. And if you weigh yourself down with shopping bags over on Broadway or West Broadway, this seems like a much faster way to get back to your hotel room so you can start agonizing over how much money you just spent. Or, you know, try on all your new purchases.
