What's Happening With Trump Ocean Club in Panama?

The part of our brains reserved for processing Trump Hotels has been busy with all the US-based properties lately: from Soho to Chicago and on to Waikiki. But there's another new Trump Hotel on the way (of course), this time in Panama. But when is Trump Ocean Club opening?
The official word is early 2011. Beyond that, the hotel is not announcing a specific date. But we can check out the webcams on the building's main website... and, well, it does look like there's a ways to go yet.

When it is complete, the hotel will have 369 rooms and suites, all with floor-to-ceiling windows to show off ocean views. (There is also a condo component to the building.)
The 13th-floor roof deck will house two radiant pools and private cabanas, and inside the building the highlights include a three-story sky lobby, multiple restaurants, designer boutiques, a spa and international casino.
Trump Panama guests will also have access to the Island Beach Club & Marina.
