At The Royce, he'll serve light California fare featuring seasonal local produce. Of course, he'll execute the dishes using his classic French technique. A menu hasn't been released yet, but we're keeping an eye out for it. But if you really want to experience Féau's cuisine, reserve the new chef's table, where you can watch him in action as he creates a custom menu for you.
Also new to the restaurant is the addition of two wine rooms. The "white" room will be sleek and modern, and the "red" room will skew more toward warm and traditional. Another add-on is a glass-enclosed veranda overlooking the garden, we guess just in case you aren't feeling modern or traditional.
Reservations are being taken for October 22; call 626-585-6218 to snag your spot. The Royce will be open for dinner Tuesdays to Saturdays.
