Is This Andre Balazs' New London Hotel?

The other day, we were tipped off that hottie hotelier Andre Balazs was definitely headed to London for his next hotel. We've always assumed that London was extremely high on AB's hotel radar and indeed we've heard these rumors before but with the hotel scene positively popping off these days, we bet now is the right time for him to get started.
So we put our spy on the ground in London to work and they canvassed the old fire station in Marlyebone at Chiltern Street which is where we heard AB would be setting up shop. Our Salt operative writes in:
It's definitely empty - there are a few A4 paper signs taped to the doors that have "no smoking please" and the number for a security company scribbled on them. Behind the black gates is a courtyard which currently is just tarmac, but if this is to be a Balazs property you can totally picture a courtyard / bar / lounge scene.
While it's a bit difficult to judge, it doesn't look a big building, so presumably it'd be quite a small scale hotel.
The lower half of Chiltern Street has various boutiques and small restaurants, further up towards Marylebone Road there is the Park Plaza Sherlock Holmes, The Blandford hotel, and a rather hideous parking garage.
Our spy also mentioned that the fire station/hotel is way south on Chiltern Road, practically at the corner of Blanford, in case you decided to go check it out for yourself.
The size of the property does concern us, especially if we're talking a Standard Hotel outpost, but if AB is hoping to duplicate his Mercer Hotel across the pond, this could be the perfect location. We just hope AB keeps that fireman's pole. Wink, wink.
