Four Seasons Vail is Now Taking Reservations From December 11

Yes! The chances of Santa Claus bringing ski bunnies a Very Four Seasons Vail Christmas are looking very good indeed, now we've learned that the Vail Four Seasons is now taking reservations from December 11.

Standard rates for a garden-view room start at $375 a night, according to the hotel's website, and there is also a Bed and Breakfast rate from $415 a night.

Of course, it's the ski packages that most Vail-ites will be most interested in, and the hotel now has info on those as well. The Ski Free Package is designed for families--two adults and two kids 12 and under--and includes accommodations, two three-day lift tickets and two three-day ski or board rentals for the group and complimentary meals for the kids.

There is a 4-night minimum stay and we found rates averaging $675 a night from December 16–20 for a family of four in a Garden View Room. The starting rate for the package is $375 a night but of course the rates jump on weekends. (Thursday Dec. 16 was $425, the Friday was $675).

The average per-night for a Mountain View Room with the Ski Free Package, on the other hand, was a sky-high $2,250 a night. You'd want to hope Santa really really likes you if he's going to be leaving that rezzie under your tree.
