Hilton Ft. Lauderdale Beach Has Suites for Super Bowl, Starting at $384 a Night

Know of a hotel room open for Super Bowl? Tell us where right here.
Thanks to commenter TonyT we learned that the media headquarters for the Super Bowl is on Fort Lauderdale Beach this year. And we know there are no shortages of hotels in the FLL.
While W Fort Lauderdale and anything in the Starwood family is sold out in Fort Lauderdale, the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort does have rooms open and thanks to a little trick, we found them on sale too.
Using the Hilton's new weekend sale we found rooms from Feb. 5-8 for $384 a night for a pretty king bed ocean view suite with a balcony. Did you catch the "suite" part of that description? That means the room has a kitchenette with stainless steel appliances, a living room, dining room and a queen-sized sleeper bed. Perfect if you want to crash there with a few friends.
All in all three nights will cost you $1,276.19, including taxes. If you can split that three or four ways, it's a very good deal. (Or just book two nights instead of three.)
Use the Hilton Sale link to book. The biggest catch is that it requires full prepayment when you book. If you've got HHonors points, it'll cost you about 40,000 points a night as this is a category 6 hotel. Otherwise, regular rates are going for $539 a night.
The hotel is about 15 miles from the stadium which is about 25 minutes in your car. Although, with Super Bowl traffic we'd give it an hour, maybe more. Just beware that valet parking at the hotel is $29.50 a day.
