Winners will shoot monthly video webisodes recording the nightlife, live music, food, film and spa events in the hotel. There's also a chance of celebrity cameos—especially since they pop up at the Roof bar—local artists and downtown events. The job requires a minimum of 10 hours per month at the hotel to collect footage, in addition to off-site editing and production time.
To be eligible, each team must have a videographer/producer and a smiley on-camera Ryan Seacrest-type host. Teams have to submit a 60- to 90-second demo reel showcasing their production and camera work, as well as the personality and interview style of the host.
Entries are due February 5. They'll be whittled down to 10 finalists, who will screen their demos at a live judging panel at the hotel. A winning duo will be chosen on February 24. The celebration will be cut short though, since winners have to clock in on March 1.
