The list begins with The Condesa DF in Mexico, where you get to use the provided Nokia Tablet 8800s as electronic concierges. You can use them to order just about anything, up to and including pre-loaded iPods. The iPods, in a heartwarming nonconformist hipster gesture, are painted yellow. The Apple focus is also prevalent at Thailand's Alila Cha-am, where the Apple TVs come packed with movies, music, and TV shows.
Naturally there's a bevy of gigantic flat screen TVs strewn across the list. The Do & Co in Vienna has giant Bang & Olufsen Flatscreens, while the Roomers in Frankfurt goes with a central rotating screen that can be seen from anywhere in the room. It's a clever trick, though we probably prefer the full immersion surround-sound chambers found at the Lute Suites in Amsterdam.
Finally, the Klaus K in Finland doesn't seem to have any Apple TVs or game consoles. Instead they have a carbon footprint calculator that spits out your energy consumption. Presumably the theory that if you see how much energy you're already using you'll feel so guilty you won't even notice the lack of other toys. Cost efficient!
