Per our usual take of these efforts, it's hard to imagine when they're useful. It can't actually be for hotel reservations since even the most decadent business traveler is still somewhat price conscious. This site locks you into Westin hotels and doesn't even let you compare prices. It might be for the very narrow task of checking reservations if you forgot your hotel's address, but there are convergence apps that track that better. And if you're savvy enough to take advantage of an internet enabled phone you're more likely to just call up the confirmation email.
All that said, the site looks like like a typical mobile website, which is supposed to have a single column with basic links and no extraneous functionality. We only bring it up to contrast it with the similar but more extravagant trend in hotel mobile applications.
