Aside from this shot of Amber reclining on a bed, you can’t see a whole lot of the hotel in the photos, although the view does look pretty if you can divert your eyes from Amber’s derriere for just a second.
We hadn’t heard much goss about THOR for a little while, but we wonder if this shoot had something to do with The Standard’s dominance of all things hotel-room-sexy in New York. Remember, Thor was the original kinky voyeurism hotel before the Standard and Cooper Square were even conceived. But as of late, the newer hotels have grabbed all the panty-droppers headlines.
The Standard had Bruce and Emma Willis getting all kinky for W magazine earlier this year, and then of course there’s the ongoing exhibitionism happening over the High Line.
Did all that attention send THOR into a fit of jealous rage over which hotel has the erotic-photo-shoot crown in this town? Or was it simply a case of photographer’s choice when it came to the Amber Rose location? Either way, there’s no denying that high-profile magazine spreads are a nifty way for hotels to get some ink.
