We've kicked off our Summer Cocktails series where we profile fun new summer drinks that hotels are making. Got one we should know about? Send us the recipe with a photo of the drink. Otherwise, enjoy and @reply us when you're wasted!

The Mondrian Hotel West Hollywood has a plan for how you can say goodbye to the summer: drink a Goodnight Kiss cocktail at their Skybar. The Mondrian's really been getting into the summer cocktail theme this season and the Goodnight Kiss is its third special creation.

With ingredients including Germain Liqueur, Cabana Cachaca, strawberries and lime, this sounds like a pretty refreshing way to finish off the summer (although it'd be better, of course, if summer wasn't over). The extra good part is that this cocktail is at half price for all of September, which makes it just $8.

If that cheap price makes you consume a few too many cocktails and you want to stay over at the Mondrian, a double room starts at $285 or you can upgrade to a breakfast package starting from $300. And if you want to try to shake up a Goodnight Kiss at home instead, check out the recipe below:

NOITE BEIJO "The Goodnight Kiss"
Muddle 3 strawberries
¾ oz lime juice
1oz St. Germain Liqueur
1 ½ oz Cabana Cachaca
Shake and strain in LOW BALL
Garnish with a strawberry and lime wheel flag
