And according to the website, the public areas are going to be pretty baller:
The lobby will be dominated by soaring glass windows and an impressive metal sculpture. To one side of the lobby is The Crosby Bar which will be open all day everyday. To the other is The Drawing Room, a sumptuous residents lounge with fireplaces, deep sofas and original art that leads onto a spacious leafy courtyard garden.
Mmmm. On rates: we can't get a feel for those yet. The hotel promises a September opening, but for now they're giving themselves a bit of flexibility: online reservations for October onwards will open on September 1st.
