While the idiot dude friends in your life are busy booking Entourage packages and chasing around women way out of their league (remember, boys: Eric would not be able to date any of those girls if he were not a fictional character on a fictional show), you can do something a little bit more sophisticated (but still TV-themed!)

The St. Regis New York is now offering an exclusive package in conjunction with the return of the third season of the insanely-popular (and insanely-awesome) AMC TV series Mad Men. Starting on August 16th, every Sunday night when Mad Men airs, you can immerse yourself in the full Mad Men experience — complete with Bloody Marys, 60's-ish food and Bergdorf shopping.

Seriously, this thing costs $895, so you're doing it up properly here: when you arrive, you receive a copy of George Lois’ book George Lois: On Creating the Big Idea, and then you're treated to a 1960's-themed in-room meal for two "featuring some of the most popular dishes of the time" (think shrimp cocktail, New York strip steak and apple cobbler).

Waiting for you in your room is Don Draper’s fave cologne and Betty Draper’s "signature red lipstick," both of which you can wear to your personal shopping appointment at Bergdorf Goodman Sunday afternoon.

The package is available on Sunday nights from August 16th through November 8th, and the $895 (base) price is for a deluxe room, the three course in-room dinner, two Bloody Marys, and the amenities we just described.

Don't forget your sexy Joan Holloway dress.

    They missed best part of the concept - get your hair done at Fodera, in the hotel, it will not be Brylcreem but a contemporary finish that can make men look Draper cool!
