The suite has a living area adjoined to a children’s sleeping nook, which comes stocked with bunk beds, bean bag chairs, an activity table, barrel-style nightstands, bright furniture, chalkboard wall, a mural that chronicles the route and landmarks of Boston’s Freedom Trail, and—wait for it—kiddie colonial-style costumes. Awesome! Think of all those photos you can snap and tuck away for safekeeping until future boyfriends and girlfriends come calling.
Kids also get a backpack filled with “playful treasures” as well as milk and cookies the first night of their stays. Meanwhile, parents can relax in their own rooms. The Omni Parker House sits on Boston’s 2.5-mile redbrick Freedom Trail, which leads to 16 landmarks, from museums and churches to meeting houses and burying grounds.
For the dates we checked, rates start around $468 a night for the new suite.
