The Winds of Change retreat in November is all about empowerment, while the Spiritual Laws of Success (December 3-6) is based on Ayurveda and will help you understand the energy of your life. The Timeless Magic of Femininity retreat in January is, as it sounds, focused on women and empowerment, and the final retreat on the agenda at the moment, Magic Heelers (February 2010) is especially informative – you get to learn all about 30 different herbs that will help you rejuvenate your health.
The Mandarin Oriental is offering packages for each of the retreats including accommodation, airport transfers, meals and spa treatments, as well as all the expert sessions for the topic you choose, and the average cost is around $5,000 per retreat. If you want to stay even longer, it'll cost you $458 a night including breakfast – so you can retreat first, and rest later. Alternatively you can spend time on a Thai beach and manage your own retreat, but sometimes it's more interesting to let the experts handle things.
