W San Francisco is 'Sew Excited' for The Return of Project Runway

We’re not much of a fashionista (unless the GO designer lines at Target count), but several label-conscious ladies in our lives faithfully follow Project Runway. And we'll admit, supermodel Heidi Klum is one foxy mama (emphasis on the mama bit as she's prego with her fourth kid!)

Not one to miss out on anything involving the words "fashion" or "stylish", is a W Hotel who regularly puts together hotel packages for NYC's Fashion Week and has even once partnered up with dress designer Diane Von Furstenberg. So it's no surprise to hear that W San Francisco is serving as a screening venue for the Season 6 premiere episode of Project Runway.

The hotel has partnered with Star 103.1FM to celebrate the return of the popular reality TV series (now fueled with even more estrogen on Lifetime). W San Francisco plans on serving up sweet treats from the hotel’s pastry chef paired with bubbles from Gloria Ferrer's latest vintage, Va de Vie, along with sample beauty treats from Bliss, before Heidi, Tim, Nina and Michael have their way with Season 6’s 16 new designers. Sweets, bubbles and free beauty swag? Hell yeah, we’ll toast to that. And perhaps this little party is just what the W San Fran needed after parent company Starwood announced it would be selling the property.
