The W Hollywood is not expected to open until December 3 but the hotel has already lined up its fancy French Brasserie, according to Eater LA. The street-level indoor/outdoor restaurant will be called Delphine Brasserie.

Operated by Innovative Dining Group (Sushi Roku, Katana, BOA) and designed by NY-based Mark Zeff, Delphine will epitomize a Southern France brasserie such as those located along the Côte d'Azur.

The restaurant will open sometime in December and will serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch on weekends. There will even be a raw bar available in the evenings.

We love Sushi Roku, Katana and Boa (restaurants found dotted throughout Los Angeles) but we're not quite sure about a "Southern France brasserie" and this emphasis on seafood. But we fully expect the W to have a more "American" restaurant on site as well. You know how hotel guests love their cheeseburgers!

Eater LA also reports that the W Hollywood will feature a Drai's Hollywood nightclub from the nightlife wiz behind XS and Tryst and the Wynn/Encore in Vegas (and his own namesake late-night spot, Drai's.) Hmmm...we must be getting old because that does not excite us in the least. Then again, not many Hollywood clubs do.
