Happy Fourth! Well, almost. Doesn't the whole world have tomorrow off? Anyway, if you're still at work and still reading this, staring longingly at the empty cubicles and getting increasingly frustrated as you realize that nobody is returning your call cause they're already on vacay, you're probably thinking a cocktail sounds real, real good right about now, doesn't it? Let's get you tiz-anked.

And here's a festive red and blue one to get you into the holiday spirit: The Steelo, which is the hot new drank at RH, the bar at Andaz West Hollywood.

The Steelo
We're not gonna give you exact measurements (the original goes for $13, so watch the bartender closely if you want to get all the ratios right), but you can be sure that a combo of fresh blueberries, St. Germain Elderflower liqueur, Hangar One vodka, grapefruit juice and a touch of fresh agave syrup are the right ingredients to get ya started.
