We've kicked off our Summer Cocktails series where we profile fun new summer drinks that hotels are making. Got one we should know about? Send us the recipe with a photo of the drink. Otherwise, enjoy and @reply us when you're wasted!

The Shoreline bar located poolside at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina has come up with a drink that is "sure to burn off the marine layer." In other words, this drink will get you drunk! And with the amount of rum involved, we'd want it no other way.

The Pineapple Sunset is a rum lover's paradise. The drink combines Malibu, Bacardi, Myer's, Captain Morgan and Bacardi 151 rums with fresh pineapple juice and piña colada mix served aflame in a pineapple shell.

Don't worry, you don't have to drink this all to yourself. The Pineapple Sunset easily serves 3 to 4 people. Otherwise, you might pass out and totally miss the real sunset off the bay.

The Pineapple Sunset is available for $25 in the Shoreline restaurant poolside which opens daily at 11am.
