Summer! Friday! Cocktail time! Been a stressful week? Is mama interested in a big fat ol' glass of Zin? Try this instead: The Muse New York’s new restaurant and wine bar, NIOS (a new post-renovation emergence) is touting a sweet little twist on the Pimms cup, Created by Jacques Bezuidenhout. Enjoying it in the Muse lobby bar itself may not feel so summery (there are digital fireplaces, after all), so create your own version using the recipe that follows.
Think about ginger beer, Zinfandel and Pimms, garnished with fresh cucumbers and strawberries and this, no surprisingly, is the hotel's most popular cocktail.
