The packages include the “best available rates” (ranging from $79-249) for standard rooms and suites, and VIP tickets to the actual exhibit. These VIP tickets just might be worth it because they are unrestricted and will allow guests to visit the exhibit even if it is already sold out.
JDV is also partnering with the museum to offer King Tut exhibit ticket holders discounts at many of the chain’s San Francisco restaurants, including Americano, Café Andrée, O Izakaya, Custom Burger and midi. Guests receive a “Pharoah’s Gold Card” with each exhibit ticket they purchase, and the card allows them to take advantage of one of the restaurant deals.
For you amateur Egyptologists out there, we’re told that Tut’s era over 3,000 years ago was the golden age of Egyptian political power and artistry. The exhibit contains more than 130 artifacts from Tut’s tomb and other sites, including his royal diadem, and even some of his mummified organs. Creepy.
You can visit JDV’s web site to find which Bay Area property is right for you, and then go book the package.
