Guess the Hotel Revealed: Inside Boston's Liberty Hotel

Yesterday's Guess the Hotel was pretty easy, eh? Well, that is, if you got the whole "Solitary Confinement" and "jail" connection: yes, we went on a quickie jaunt to Boston this week and had the chance to check out the much-buzzed-about Liberty Hotel, inside a building that was the Charles Street Jail in its former life.

The jailhouse vibe is still totally present in the kickass lobby, but there are also little nods to the building's history throughout the property: it's got an upscale restaurant called "Clink" and a bar called "Alibi," for example — and little touches in the rooms, like that do not disturb sign we showed you, serve as subtle reminders of the hotel's history up on the guestroom floors.

We'll have a full review comin' right up, but for now, behold: a tour of our digs, room 1405.
