Standard sushi and sashimi runs $3 to $6 and signature rolls range $7 to $18, while daily market selections start at $18 for a 7-piece sushi and spicy tuna roll and top out at $120 for a deluxe platter (“2 whole fish, 18-piece sushi, 15-piece sashimi, and 2 signature rolls”). The Asian Crudo portion of the menu includes bigeye tuna, oysters, tuna tartare, charred scallops, and yellowtail.
There’s also Susur Lee’s signature 16-ingredient Singapore Slaw, chickpea onion rings, lobster and shrimp dumpling lettuce wrap, spicy stir-fried pearl noodles, Hong Kong-style steamed fish, Hunan-style pork loin ribs, Cantonese marinated skirt steak, Mongolian lamp chops, Szechuan-style half duck, and a couple of vegetarian options.
