Perez Should Set Up Shop at the Avalon Beverly Hills
It is widely known that celeb snark-blogger Perez Hilton used to bring his laptop to an LA Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf to set up an "office" from which to blog every day, and this particular Coffee Bean location has served up caffeine to many a celeb in its day. It was a place to see, be seen, and to glimpse the more-than-occasional famous face while Perez worked diligently to Photoshop white stuff on said famous faces.
But we have a suggestion for Perez: perhaps blue on blue restaurant Avalon Beverly Hills may be the ideal new celeb-heavy HQ from which to conduct your important daily reporting, don'tchya think?
We've already declared it the new celeb hotspot — and the celeb concentration was even heavier than usual last week.
A tipster reports:
· Thursday: William Baldwin had lunch at blue on blue today with an "agent looking man." He ordered blue on blue’s Cobb salad, drank a Corona, and a side of fries. Seemed nice and polite.
·
Wednesday: Guy Pearce hung out poolside at blue on blue in the afternoon
· Tuesday: Eva Longoria was at blue on blue on Tuesday around 1:00 p.m. with her agent...only drank iced tea. She was dressed all in black and seemed relaxed.
· Monday: Selma Blair lunched at blue on blue.
Okay, yeah, this is less of the LiLo crowd and more of the Desperate-Housewives scene (also: where have William Baldwin and Selma Blair been lately?), but if Perez is in the market for a more grown-up place from which to work, blue on blue at the Avalon could do it.
