Fairmont Kicks Off Spa Season With Slightly-Enticing Deal

Spa season is upon us, according to Fairmont Hotels, although personally we think any time of year is a good time for spoiling ourselves a bit. But Fairmont thinks the time is now — and to celebrate, they've got a deal where they're throwing in some spa credit.

The Spa Season 2009 deal works for two-night stays at the 14 Fairmont resorts with spas — you get a complimentary room upgrade plus a $25 credit per person to put towards any spa treatment you choose, for bookings up to the end of August.

That $25 won't necessarily go very far, but it depends on which Fairmont you choose. At the Fairmont Banff Springs, for example, a 60-minute massage starts at CAD $169 and a 90-minute facial treatment could set you back CAD $255. At the Fairmont Southampton in Bermuda, the massage prices are similar; a 45-minute basic manicure is $59 but the Willow Stream signature manicure is $109, so the $25 credit might not be enough to make this a good deal for you.
