Free Poolside Yoga at the London West Hollywood

Dennis Rodman may not be welcome at the London West Hollywood any more but yoga enthusiasts certainly are. Figuring guests might need to detox after a late night on the Sunset Strip, the hotel is now offering sunrise yoga and tai chi classes at the rooftop pool…because, um the downward-facing dog is exactly what you want to do when you’re hungover?

The classes are only offered on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and are free for guests, new age and otherwise. Just cough up your $199 per night room rate, slip on your juicy sweat pants, and grab your mat on the way to the roof to see which other guests had a naughty night out…or are limbering up for another one.

At the very least, you’ll get to enjoy the spectacular view of the city from the pool area between ayurvedic poses and chanting your mantras. And best of all, it's free. No $18 fees here.
