'Real World' Season 22 Will Surely Bring Good PR to ME Cancun

ME Cancún, a Sol Mélia resort, is a hotel that is sort of ... well, meh (or shall we say, "MEh"). As we discovered last year, there are plenty of good things about the resort — as we said, pretty people, pretty views, and pretty nice furniture — but there isn't really anything distinguishing it from the properties around it in Cancun.

However. Unbeknownst to us until recently, the 22nd season of MTV's The Real World is already wrapping up filming in sweet, sweet Mexico (thanks, Jaunted!) and guess where the 7-ish strangers picked to live in a house will be living? The ME Cancun. Oh yes.

Yeah, well, you don't pick a handful of youngins and send them off to booz-i-ful Cancun without expecting some pretty raunchy business to happen. Surely this will bring about nothing but excellent PR for the hotel, no doubt thrusting it into the public eye to cultivate a classy, upscale, family-friendly image.

We'll go ahead and do some predictions, starting here: the showers are huge. Which means they've probably seen some cast-on-cast sexytime by the time this post has been published.

Actually, now that we think about it, this is probably going to be like an anthology of too-racy-for-Hotelchatter Hotel Room Confessions coming to life in one single season of an MTV reality series. Oy.

    i heard...

    that season 23 is gonna be in DC.  not as sexy/sloppy as cancun, i suppose
