It may be starting to feel a bit like Spring where you are, but the official end to the 08-09 ski season doesn't officially happen until mid-April at most resorts (the skiing keeps going until April 19th in Vail, for example). And right now ain't a bad time to kick it slopeside since your fave winter resort is probably getting sunnier, warmer and much, much cheaper.
Yesterday, RockResorts launched a 96-hour sale which goes until Sunday, March 22 offering up rates from $96 at ten RockResort properties worldwide. Notable 96-ers: Hotel Jerome in Aspen, The Osprey at Beaver Creek, The Lodge at Vail and Snake River Lodge in Jackson, WY. Also, The Arrabelle at Vail Square is on sale starting at $136 per night and, if beachy warmth is more your scene right now, The Landings St. Lucia is going from $166 per night.
In addition to their 96-hour rates, RockResorts is running low rates at some of their other destination resorts (in Breckenridge, Keystone and Jackson, WY) we found a $38 rate at the Breckenridge Mountain Lodge. Yes, seriously.
The 96-hour sale is available for stays on Sunday through Thursday nights through December 17, 2009. Make sure you get to bookin' now the promo ends Sunday at 11:59 MDT; follow the instructions here.
