What Does Denizen Mean To You?

· Denizens of Denizen: A whole lot of you sounded off on Hilton's new hotel chain, Denizen Hotels. Most of you however seemed to be working inside Hilton HQ. Or possibly Ross Klein's pocket.

· Tea Sommeliers Now Being Bred in Canada: The next time you sit down at a hotel for some high tea, your tea sommelier will know exactly which Earl Grey you are talking aboot.

· Cookies Are Here to Stay: We are easier to please than hotels thought. Just give us cookies!

· Tri-Pack Hotel Invokes Famous Rapper: The three-in-one hotel in NYC is probably going to open with only two brands to start with, which would make it the Two-Pack hotel. Two-Pack, 2pac, Tupac, get it?

· Overservice at Gordon Ramsay in London LA?: Our own Eric Rosen hit up the just-sold Gordon Ramsay LA outpost inside the London hotel and it was rather unpopulated.

Two friends and I went during Restaurant Week when dining rooms are theoretically supposed to be packed thanks to bargain prices, and it was pretty empty. Not only that, but we had 2 sommeliers, 4 servers and 2 hostesses helping us! No, we're not incompetent, it's just that they didn't seem to have anything else to do!

No wonder Gordon sold it off. Although, technically the restaurant will still bear his name.
