If you're especially cuckoo for cocoa, then perhaps the $320 workshop with Gilles Marchal (creative director of La Maison du Chocolat) will do it for you. Only on March 6 at 3pm will he "demonstrate the fine art of chocolate making and share some of the secrets of making the world's finest pralines and ganaches." Oh, and you totally get his latest book signed; it's like a Barnes & Noble author reading taken into the kitchen and injected with luxury.
Book yourself a spot at one of the dinners or in the workshop by calling Amber Restaurant at +852 2132 0066 or email lmhkg-amber@mohg.com. Prices per night at The Landmark are notoriously high, think $450 as a starting rate, so maybe stay elsewhere as repentance for your chocolate indulgence.
