Apparently the pool is 480 meters (over 1,500 feet) in length and goes in a circle through the resort, with four manmade beach spots around it. On top of that, a few of the apartments have their own plunge pools as well. The whole resort is heavily focused on water as you walk around much of the place on boardwalks and the restaurant and bar are directly on the water, too.
Presumably all this makes the Oaks Pacific Blue a much more popular place in summer than winter, but as far as we can see the prices don't drop then. The smallest rooms are studios which go for A$185 ($120) a night, and if you want a private pool you'll pay from A$409 ($260) a night.
