The resort has 390 guest rooms and suites and over 92,000 square feet of gaming plus 60,000 square feet of meeting and conference space. The design is blessedly free of any of the cheese commonly found on the Las Vegas Strip. Instead, the resort chose to use natural elements like Brazilian cherry woods, stones and glass. The casino area even has a skylight--an honest-to-goodness one too--not a fake one!
There will be the aforementioned spa on site, a huge pool complex, a sportsbook and nine restaurants and five bars including the ginormous Studio B buffet which has a small studio adjacent. The hope is that top chefs and celebs will film food shows here when they are in town.
Even more interesting, the hotel will also include its very own pharmacy where both resort employees and guests can have their prescriptions filled. Although, we're not so sure how this pharmacy got passed by the state of Nevada given its proximity to booze and gambling.

Right now, the hotel's opening rates are set at about $100 which includes a $25 resort fee. That fee takes care of your internet, admission to the fitness center, a five-times-daily shuttle to the strip and a few other things.
It's going to be a beautiful resort and it will have beautiful views of the Las Vegas Strip but it's up to you whether you want to make the 20-minute drive into Sin City proper or not.
