Surely, hawaiian shirts, white pants, cheeseburgers, fried things and syrupy tropical cocktails will be present for the grand opening of Jimmy Buffett's at the Beachcomber in Oahu — and more appropriately, Jimmy Buffett will be the first artist to grace the stage.

Touted as the highlight of the just-completed major renovation at the Ohana Waikiki Beachcomber (to the tune of $21 mills), Jimmy Buffett's at The Beachcomber will fling open its soon-to-be-marg-soaked doors on February 26th. The 500-seat restaurant will be serving up margs and "signature boat drinks", fresh seafood, steaks, and paradise cheeseburgers (natch) in a "festive" tropical atmosphere — think booths made to look like ocean waves. Yup. Come on, it's a Jimmy Buffett restaurant — what were you expecting?

Anyway, Jimmy Buffett's at the Beachcomber is set to throw its big grand opening bash on the evening of February 26th, with a major celebration featuring Jimmy B. himself performing an "intimate concert" for 500-600 lucky spectators. If one of those spectators simply must be you, rates at the Beachcomber start at $129.00 for the evening. Pack your Hawaiian shirt, hot stuff.
