Go "International" Girly-Style at a San Fran Personality Hotel

Okay, ladies. Let's just accept a couple of realities: first, we may never live in a world in which movies like He's Just Not That Into You are not made for our mindless enjoyment. We are girly girls! We are supposed to enjoy girly things (and sometimes we do)!

Second, we may never get to take that 'round-the-world trip of self-discovery and delish dining a la Eat Pray Love — at least not in this economy. So, you know what? Let's just go with it and do what we can with what we've got: embrace the girliness being offered to us and find creative ways to get around the lack of funds to travel 'round the world.

Enter Personality Hotels' "Girls Gone International" package. Though horrifically cheesy, this is pretty clever and creative — and, frankly, kinda sounds fun. The package promises "a girl can zip from Italy to Mexico in just 15 minutes" without ever leaving the city of San Francisco.

Starting at $99 (really!), you can score deluxe accommodations at one of Personality Hotels’ six boutique properties: Hotel Vertigo, Hotel Diva, Hotel Metropolis, Hotel Union Square, Kensington Park Hotel and The Maxwell Hotel with these "international" visits offered:

· France: Get a French manicure with discounted rates at luxury salon & spa MNKYTHMP and Joana Nails.

· Mexico: Indulge in guacamole (made fresh tableside) and tequila shots or a top-shelf margarita with a $15 credit at Colibri Mexican Bistro.

· China: Score some "You're a hot cookie" fortune cookies to give out to any hot dudes you meet during your trip (tee hee, this is so cheesy!)

· Italy: A "cute, flirty waiter" will be there for your enjoyment at the Steps of Rome Café in North Beach. No matter what you get, you'll score 10% off your entire tab (including alcohol) plus a complimentary tiramisu dessert when you book your reservation through OpenTable.com and mention Personality Hotels.

· 10 bucks per package to use anyway you wish.

The package is being offered through June 30, 2009 and can be booked on the Personality Hotels website.
