At 7 p.m., you can plop down in one of the plush La-Z-Boy-like seats in theWit's screening room and watch the finale alongside Top Chef season four winner Stephanie Izard. Then you can pump wine expert Bill Terlato, guest judge at this season's capper in Napa Valley, for some insider info. A publicist from Terlato tweeted that two other alums from the show will be in attendance, but theWit wouldn't confirm it. The evening will also include chances to win TC-themed prizes, such as Top Chef cookbooks signed by contestants and, since Terlato Wines will be in the house and is throwing the party, the loot will include lots of wine-related items, like large-format bottles and a 16- bottle wine refrigerator. These tickets, which include vino and some food, are a steal at $30.

Although Jennifer Carroll had to pack her knives and go before making it to the final three, she's not letting it stop her from partying tonight. The chef de cuisine of 10 Arts will prepare a special three- or four-course meal all throughout dinner. And you won't have any choice but to celebrate Carroll, since her $65 prix-fixe menu will be the only meal that the seasonal new American restaurant will serve. All diners will receive a souvenir from the evening, an autographed menu from Carroll. Don't worry about missing the finale while you eat; there will be TVs in the restaurant.

While punk rock cheftestant Michael Voltaggio is chef de cuisine in The Dining Room at the Langham Huntington Hotel in Pasadena, the hotel restaurant will be closed tonight for a "private event." Since we've heard that the Langham's lobby bar will be hosting a bash with Voltaggio, and that it's an invite-only event, we're guessing this has something to do with the restaurant's closure tonight as well.
