The Hotel Monaco—a favorite during 2008's Democratic National Convention—has a classic NYE deal that includes this buffet of goodies for the night:
[D]eluxe accommodations, champagne and party favors in your room, a champagne reception in the Living Room Lobby from 4pm until 7pm, valet parking for one (1) vehicle, New Year’s Day Brunch in Panzano Restaurant for the number of people indicated on booking, and a 2pm late check-out."
That late check-out time will come in handy as you come ambling out of the elevator in need of coffee and hangover-appropriate sustenance. We did find open rooms starting at—gulp—$380 on our search, but didn't find the package listed on their "Specials" page, so try calling the hotel directly to ensure that the price quoted online includes the champagne extras, et cetera.
Meanwhile, the Warwick's package has a lot to live up to, deeming itself "Irresistible." Shameless self-promotion, to be sure, but it does include a lot: "Classic" accommodations, a New Year's Eve dinner for two at Randolph's Restaurant, brunch at Randolph's, and late check-out at 3:00 PM the next day. Again, hangover-tastic news for enthused party goers. A Deluxe Doubles or Deluxe King room starts at $349.
Chaser not included.
