The Soho Grand Co-Stars with Christina Ricci in a Donna Karan Fashion Film

Christina Ricci may be the star in Donna Karan's newest fashion film, Four Play, but the Soho Grand Hotel got just as much camera time.

The almost two-minute short focuses on Ricci as four different women—a dreamer, an expressionist, a paramour and a voyeur—who are all hanging out in the Soho Grand's penthouse. The flick aims to showcase Karan's new Eldridge boho bag, which sports convertible straps and snap buttons so it can be carried four different ways.

While we drooled over the black pleated calfskin bag, we were just as interested in checking out the suite featured in the film.

Directed by Jake Sumner, Sting's son, Four Play opens with a shot of the hotel's facade. From there we see Ricci in her room doing everything from sleeping to dancing. She verifies that the mattress is springy by repeatedly jumping up and down on it and we see a great view of the Manhattan skyline from the room's big windows. We also get a peek at other parts of the warm earth-toned penthouse as Ricci saunters around in her lacy underthings.

If you want to shoot your own fashion film in the penthouse, it'll cost you $5,000 a night to stay there.
