Dates can vary from property to property—all of the W properties in New York are offering the deal for Thursday–Sunday stays—but others are extending that to Monday–Sunday stays. The offer is valid now until January 18, 2010. But, again, you must book—and pay—by November 10.

There are certainly some great savings to be had: The W New York starts at just $179 a night, the W Los Angeles – Westwood from $199 a night, and The Westin Beach Resort, Fort Lauderdale from $169 a night.

One hot Starwood property not to get too excited about with this promotion, however, is the W South Beach. The “sale” rate is a whopping $439 a night, and it’s already sold out from Christmas Day to New Year’s Eve.
