Low-budget horror flick Paranormal Activity took first place at the box office this past weekend, raking in $22 million. Of course, that means Paramount execs are already talking about a sequel—and they’re not the only ones wanting to hitch a ride on the runaway ghost train. The Skytop Lodge in the Poconos is offering a Spoo-Tacular Paranormal Halloween package that includes tagging along on a ghost hunt.

A local ghost-hunting team, Pocono Paranormal Research, have been investigating the historic property’s Main Lodge and will host a Ghost Hunting 101 presentation and ghost hunt on-site tomorrow, October 30th. And on Saturday, the team will be hanging out to answer questions from ghost-loving and freaked-out guests. (If you’d rather scout out your paranormal properties before booking, the Pocono Paranormal Research folks are releasing their DVD, The Haunting at Skytop, this weekend. You can order a copy here.)

Because you can never have enough spooky stuff on Halloween, Skytop—which looks eerily like the Overlook Hotel in The Shining—is also offering pumpking-carving, hayrides, a masquerade ball, and a Monster Mash party in the fancy Tap Room. The Spoo-Tacular Paranormal Halloween package starts at $395 per couple per night, and includes three meals a day. (Kids under 10 stay free.) Rooms were still available as of this morning, and no promo code is needed for booking.
