Look, we can’t help it. We’re suckers for a pet concierge. And this one takes the cake. At just 4 months old, Labrador Retriever Kora is the youngest Director of Pet Relations so far for Kimpton. She started her job at Hotel Palomar Dallas last night, at the property’s Howl-O-Ween Spooktacular party benefiting no-kill animal shelter Operation Kindness.

Kora is the first Director of Pet Relations for Palomar Dallas—but there are seven others in the Kimpton family, representing a range of breeds and sizes.

In addition to the complimentary pet-friendly amenities Kimpton already offers, guests at the Dallas hotel can celebrate Kora’s arrival with 50 percent off the best available room rate between November 1 and December 31. Rooms usually start at around $189 per night, so this is quite a generous deal the puppy is offering. (Labs are like that, no?) The rate code to use when booking is KOR. You can also call 214-520-7969.

Oh, and if you want to enquire about pet amenities or have special requests before you arrive, all you have to do is email Kora (yes, she’s just 4 months old, but the kids start online life early these days). Her email address is: kora@hotelpalomar-dallas.com.

If you’re not a dog person, but still crave the company of an animal, Hotel Palomar also provides goldfish for your room upon request. That is, if Kora doesn’t decide she wants sushi for lunch.

    So Cute BUT

This isn't violating any puppy labor laws is it? ;)

    Ha

She is very young for a working dog, but don't forget part of her job description is "sleeping in the lobby and looking as cute as possible." No need for us to set up a Hotel Pup Workers Union just yet! But just in case, perhaps we should have a periodic countrywide Hotel Pup Inspection tour. I'll gladly volunteer!

Better keep an eye on this one...

I can see some problems with falling asleep on the job and barking out of turn.  On the other paw, excessive web surfing probably won't happen.
