Miami's Art Deco Weekend — an annual street festival with music, films, lectures, vendors and food — officially begins Tuesday, January 13th, and the appropriately Art Deco Avalon Hotel on Ocean Drive is offering a package to help you make the most of a three-day weekend in South Beach during the festival's run.
