Derek Jeter and Minka Kelly Hide Out at the Nikki Beach Resort

We're not quite sure how Derek Jeteris still pulling young ladies these days. Remember when he used to date Mariah? Isn't it about time he settled down and got married? Also, what do these ladies see in him? Don't think we forgot, Jessica Biel, that at one point you were frolicking with #2 before you hooked it with JT.

Whatever the allure he has (we suspect Drakar Noir) Jeter has moved onto former Mayercraft victim and Friday Night Lights star Minka Kelly and the duo were spotted "gorging on fresh seafood" at the Nikki Beach Resort in Turks & Caicos.

Unlike other Nikki Beach places, this one is actually a full-fledged hotel instead of just a beach club or a lounge near the beach. The resort is perfect for VIPs such as Jeter since it's small (only 48 suites are available) and offers guests plenty of pampering. The rooms all feature ocean views, European-designed kitchens, flat-screen HDTV’s and complimentary wireless internet access. Some of the other amenities Minka and Derek could have sampled:

· Personal Assistant for each guest
· Nikki Signature Bedding with Pillow Menu
· Private VIP cabanas with full bottle service, personal cocktail server and premium spirits.

Nikki Beach is also looking to expand this location by 2010. The resort wants to have a total of 110 rooms, a huge spa and fitness center and a casino. No doubt Jeter will be back when it opens--this time with another new PYT.
