Hotels Still Hungover From New Year's Eve
The reports from New Year's Eve parties at hotels are still rolling in and the latest comes from the mega-shindig that the Gansevoort South threw, featuring everyone's favorite rapper and soon-to-be prison inmate TI.
Page Six reports:
Promoters sold revelers poolside tables for a whopping $10,000, but when partiers got there expecting to see the concert, they were told T.I. would be performing inside the hotel's small ballroom instead. "The city wouldn't allow him to perform outside," a Gansevoort rep said.
Dayum! We love TI and we are probably going to write him letters everyday while he is in prision, but $10,000 for a table? In a recession? And then, he doesn't even perform outside for you? We would be pissed. Add some alcohol and we would probably be raging.
Partygoers also had to deal with some fool named DJ Cassidy who wouldn't get off the stage for TI. Fortunately, TI saved the night by doing the countdown and an a capella version of "Live your Life." Drama.

According to Page Six also at the party were Gerard Butler, Jeremey Shockey, James Franco (with GF!) and co-host Chloe Sevigny.
Drama was also found during Lindsay and Samantha's hotel room in Miami where the two were apparently throwing things and beating each other up. Ladies, we sincerely hope you get it together for 2009. And anyone who happens to know which hotel where the latest fight went down, please let us know. These sorts of things keep us up at night.
Out in Vegas, several celebs were probably hungover on New Year's Day like Pink!, Usher, Michael Phelps, Kid Rock, Heidi and Spencer, Ashlee and Pete Wentz, and oh yeah half of NKOTB.
Lastly, the celeb sightings to end all celeb sightings happened to our friends last week at Las Ventanas Resort in Cabo San Lucas when they spied Jennifer Aniston, Courtney Cox, David Arquette, Laura Dern, Ben Harper and Sheryl Crow eating together in the hotel's restaurant.
