Lovers of One & Only Resorts (mainly the famous and the wealthy) will be thrilled to know that the resort group's newest location is opening April 4th in Cape Town, South Africa.

One & Only Cape Town is described as a "urban chic waterfront resort" in the heart of Victoria & Alfred Waterfront which will have killer views of Table Mountain and Signal Hill. The crescent-shaped, seven-storey Marina Rise building will house but more accommodations and the One & Only Spa can be found on two private islands in the middle of the waterway.

Generous interior spaces are adorned with fabrics and furnishings recalling the warm, muted tones of Africa’s savannahs, with bright splashes of colour paying tribute to the land’s vibrant personality.

All rooms and suites are indulged by the discreet yet attentive services of a dedicated butler, 24-hours a day. Sumptuously appointed oversized baths are complete with rain shower, private water closet and dual vanity.

Those marina rooms are also being touted as the largest hotel rooms in Cape Town. Even better? Each room has "expansive glass doors that lead onto private balconies" for maximum killer view appreciation.

As for the private island suites, 40 of these rooms will line the water's edge and pool area. They will feature one and two-bedroom configurations. The Spa will have its own vitality pools, a yoga pavillion and relaxation areas for men and women.

The hotel's restaurants will be just as glamorous as its clientele. Both Nobu and Gordon Ramsay will have restaurants in the hotel---Nobu and Maze, respectively.

Sticky sweet room descriptions/marketing copy aside, this hotel sounds amazing. With Jaunted recapping killer views in South Africa this week and the opening of this hotel just a few short months away, we are practically ready to book our trip now.

Room rates for a Marina rise room starts at 5500R or $550. The Island suites begin at 6500R or $650.
