    nice

OK, I like this room. The swivelling tv got me. What is behind those huge doors just inside the entrance? If that's the closet, why all the pomp?

    Huge Doors

Behind the huge doors you have ... a closet!  Giant doors are everywhere at Encore -- that's all I got.

    I like it!

The swiveling TV... is efficient. And I sort of dig the traditional feel of the whole thing. I dunno, I would just say it's, like, "nice." Nothing extravagant or silly -- just nice. yay!

    Other Rooms

The rooms with two Queen beds (yes queen, different from the Wynn rooms which feature two double beds) look MUCH bigger. Sadly there is no swiveling TV, rather it's tacked on the wall facing the beds. The living area/L-Shaped couch is next to the beds, opening up the room and making it actually feel like it's 700+ SqFt. I also seriously dig the color scheme. Black, Cream, and White = Classy.

Encore Las Vegas room and mini bar.

I like the swiveling TV, too.  Guess what? It has HD. What's perfect is when you're in bed you can control curtain closure, mood lighting and other fun stuff via a bedside touch panel control.

If you're lucky enough to stay in a room facing south, or Wynn Las Vegas, the view of the compound is fantastic and you can watch the Sirens of TI show, fireworks, during the evening.  There a floor to ceiling windows which allow an unobstructed view from the chaise lounge directly adjacent to the window. Don't go to sleep and wake up looking out over Las Vegas!

The mini bar has a weighted sales platform.  If you remove an item for longer than 60 seconds it will trigger a purchase.  Also, products are so neatly lined up that from left to right, spanning several products, Encore is spelled out.  Packaging has been thoroughly conceptualized.

There are some very incredible deals for current stays.  If you visit Las Vegas soon, make sure this hotel is one of your choices.
