MGM Grand Wants To Send You Text Messages

The MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas Twitters! And they are considering an SMS campaign meaning that those who frequent the MGM Grand will know be able to stay in the loop via text messages concerning whatever is going on at the hotel-casino.

But MGM hasn't quite figured out what they want to text about, asking "What hotel offers would you like to receive on your mobile phone?"

We'll go ahead and offer our two cents here: We want to know about cheap rooms! We say anytime a room rate dips below $80, send us a text. Or maybe even if it dips below $100.  Also, people who sign up for text message from MGM Grand should get a further discount or maybe some free drinks. What do you think?
